DEMA has the ideal inline chemical injector to inject fluids or air into lines conveying water and other liquid under pressure. Injectors have no moving parts, nothing to wear out or lubricate, resulting in extremely low maintenance. They are compact, needing no foundation or mounting bracket, and can be installed in any position. Injectors require no wiring, are self-priming and need no bleeding or filling. Injection rate is simple to set and can be quickly adjusted during operation and there is nothing to drain for seasonal shut down.

Rocket

Rocket injector is designed as a fully customizable, easy to service injector for all your in-line cleaning needs. More than capable of operating under a greater range of pressure and provides an extreme variety of dilution ratios from 1:6 to 1:1441 depending on flow rate and nozzle size. Complete serviceability available by incorporating a removable metering barb, nozzle and other internal components. Only the best materials used such as Aflas, Hastalloy, 316 grade Stainless Steel, Teflon and polypropylene.

B Series Injectors

The “B” series injectors are equipped with an adjustment screw to adjust water flow for the specific application and can use metering tips to adjust the dilution of the product. B Series injectors have a Ryton metering knob and check valve core for high chemical resistance and operate in pressure as high as 700 PSI (48 Bar) with water at room temperature or 500 PSI (34 Bar) with water at 150 degrees F (66 degrees C). A stainless steel metering knob is available for high pressure (700-3000 PSI or 48-204 Bar).

C Series Injectors

The “C” series injectors are supplied with 3 water nozzle bushings for accurate sizing of injector to water flow. They are equipped with a metering screw or use metering tips to adjust the dilution of the product. C Series injectors have a Ryton metering knob and check valve core for high chemical resistance and operate in pressure as high as 700 PSI (48 Bar) with water at room temperature or 500 PSI (34 Bar) with water at 150 degrees F (66 degrees C). A stainless steel metering knob is available for high pressure (700-3000 PSI or 48-204 Bar). A polypropylene model P203C is also available for high chemical resistance.
